8th Grade Williamsburg Trip

April 12-17, 2010

Cost is $665 per student ($684 per adult)

Includes all admissions, lodging, and food (except for as noted below)

The payment schedule will be as follows:

Initial deposit of $125.00 Friday, September 25th
Payment #2 of $135.00 Monday, October 26th
Payment #3 of $135.00 Tuesday, December 1st
Payment #4 of $135.00 Monday, January 11th
Final Payment** of $135.00 Thursday, February 4th

Adults, please add $19 to the first payment to account for the price difference for adults.

** Final payment may be adjusted due to the number of participants and/or fundraisers. A notice will be sent home if any of the payments have been reduced or eliminated.

Pricing if parent and child do not stay in a room with four persons will be:
Triple: $698.00 student, $718.00 adult
Double: $765.00 student, $784.00 adult

Meals that must be paid for on your own:

Breakfast and lunch on day one (we will stop at fast food establishments)
Breakfast on the trip home (fast food again)
