Bay Haven Charter Academy
Professional Development Team

We are using an innovative method of providing professional development for our teachers at Bay Haven. Rather than scheduling inservices scattered through the year, we are embedding professional development services on a regular biweekly basis with a focus on higher-order thinking strategies. These stategies are immediately transferable into delivery of instruction and assessment in the classroom.

A unique aspect of this professional development component is that the three member team is available on demand to assist teachers in the implementation of strategies.
