Enrollment Process


Admission

The Bay Haven Charter Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin, religion or gender. It is the intention of the school to reflect the community it serves and be open to any resident in the area who would otherwise attend an elementary or middle school in Bay County. Preference is given to siblings of currently enrolled students and children of Bay Haven Charter Academy employees.

If the number of applications exceeds the number of positions available, enrollment will be determined at the completion of a state-mandated lottery to be held at a date and time to be announced.

Application Instructions

To complete an application on-line, begin here. The application is in four screens: one where you enter your information as caregiver, one screen where you can add applicants (students) one at a time, an information review screen, and then a screen that provides your confirmation number to you. Applications are not complete if you do not receive a confirmation number. Applications will be date and time stamped as they are received.

If you are unable to complete an application on-line, please come to our office to complete an application on our computer or call us at 248-3500.
